How do I know what size to order?
Comfort Colors 1717 runs true to size with a relaxed, not-trying-too-hard fit — so if you like your shirts fitted, size down. If you want that lived-in, oversized look, order your usual size or go up one.
Check the size chart on this page before you order — it's got actual measurements, not just S/M/L guesswork. Measure a shirt you already own and love the fit of, then compare it to the chart. That'll tell you more than a size label ever will.
Still not sure? Order your normal size. It's a relaxed fit for a reason — it's supposed to be a little forgiving.
What materials are your products made of?
100% ring-spun cotton. Comfort Colors 1717, 6.1 oz/yd² — heavyweight, not the flimsy stuff that turns see-through after two washes.
Garment-dyed, meaning the shirt is dyed after it's sewn, not before. That's why it already feels broken-in the first time you put it on, and why every shirt has a little natural variation in color — not a flaw, just proof it wasn't made in a lab.
Printed to order, one shirt at a time, using direct-to-garment printing that won't crack, peel, or fade into a ghost of itself after a few washes. No mystery blends, no itchy polyester filler — just cotton doing what cotton's supposed to do.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Maybe — but you'll need to move fast. Since every shirt is made to order, production kicks off almost immediately after you check out. Once it's in production, we can't change the size, design, or cancel it.
Need to make a change? Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can. After that, your shirt's already becoming a shirt.
Chose the wrong size? No stress — we've got you covered on exchanges once it arrives. Just can't stop the chaos once it's started.
When will I get my order?
Every Creature State piece is made to order — so give it 3–7 business days to get printed, then a few more days to actually reach you. Total time: about 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep.
Once it ships, you'll get an email with tracking so you can watch it the whole way instead of just wondering.
Slower than a warehouse full of pre-made shirts? Sure. But it means less waste, and a shirt that exists because you actually wanted it.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yep. The second your shirt ships, you'll get an email with tracking info — so you can watch it make its way to you instead of just wondering.
Since everything's made to order, tracking shows up a few days after you order, not immediately — your shirt has to actually get made first. Once it's in transit, you'll be able to follow it the whole way.
